• ETHICAL TRADE

    Since 2015 we’ve contributed to over 400 ethical trade audits on farms and cellars. Through our contribution over 40 000 agricultural workers benefited from improved working and living conditions.

  • HARM REDUCTION & EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT

    In 2017 monitored over 1200 children on farms for signs of neglect / FAS (Foetal Alcohol Syndrome) due to neglect by parents addiction to alcohol and substance. 394 youth (18-35 years) received counselling and support to beat addiction and live meaningful lives.

    2015 to date

    – Over 26 Higher education bursaries
    – Over 8 youth trained and employed in industry
    – Over 2400 vineyard workers trained
    – Over 210 cellar workers trained

Born in France, Soline has traveled the world before making South Africa home. She has extensive experience in sales, marketing and people management. Fond of literature, nature and determined to play her modest part in making the world a better place.

Former Youth Councillor of Stellenbosch Municipality, Social change leader for the upliftment of previously disadvantage youth, with an immense love for wine. Father of the future Premier of the Western Cape, one can dream.

CAROLINE POOLE

Vinpro Foundation CEO

Born in Somerset West as the eldest daughter of parents who were raised on farms, Caroline has farm life in her DNA. Inspired by her love for the farming community, in particular, she pursued a career in community development, programme development and monitoring and evaluation. She loves being outdoors in the mountains, specifically, with camera (yes, a camera not a cell phone) in hand, and would work for tasty green olives!

MELISSA BAILEY

A Stellenbosch graduate born and raised in Cape Town with a background in promotional branding and a love for Fynbos and Vetplante.
